1. Purpose of the Service

Straight P enables a training organization to offer asynchronous consultation messaging between trainers and learners before, during, and after a training session.

The service is provided as is, subject to product evolution, usage restrictions, and technical conditions required for operation.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to the service is restricted to people authorized by Straight P or by the customer training organization. Each user is responsible for keeping authentication methods confidential and for actions carried out through their account.

3. Permitted Use

• use the platform for legitimate training or related support activity
• comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and the customer organization’s internal rules
• not publish or transmit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or security-threatening content

4. Responsibility

Each user remains responsible for the content they send through consultation messaging. The customer training organization remains responsible for its organization, its users, and its pedagogical framework.

Straight P does not guarantee pedagogical, commercial, or operational outcomes based on exchanges made through the platform.

5. Suspension and Termination

Straight P may suspend or remove access to the service in the event of abusive use, security risk, breach of these Terms, or a legitimate request from the customer organization.
